Rudy holds a B.S. in biochemical engineering, an M.S. and EMBA from the UC Davis, Johns Hopkins University and Quantic, respectively.
Ana is an executive with more than fifteen years of experience building new products and businesses in the food industry: starting from the consumer (B2C ) to the grove (agribusiness). Ana holds a bachelor degree in marketing from Tecnológico de Monterrey and an EMBA from the MIT.
